Ingredients:-
Pumpkin – 250 grams
Oil – 4-5 teaspoons
Bay leaf – 1 piece
Cloves – 4 pieces
Black pepper – 4 pieces
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger chopped – 1 piece
Green chili chopped – 2 pieces
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 2 teaspoons
Garam Masala – 1 spoon
salt to taste
Mango powder -1 spoon
sweet - 2 tbsp
fenugreek leaf
coriander leaves

1. First of all heat oil and add bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies and cook for 10-20 seconds.
2. After that add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and red chilli powder and mix well.
3. Then add pumpkin in the cooker and mix.
4. After that add salt and mango powder and mix well.
5. Then add 1/4 cup water and mix.
6. After that cover the cooker and leave it till 5 whistles.
7. After 5 whistles, mash the pumpkin with the help of a spoon and crush fenugreek leaves and add them.
8. Then add sugar and mix well.
9. After that add coriander leaves and mix well and take it out in a bowl.
10. And our pumpkin recipe is ready.
Suggestion:-
Cut and peel the pumpkin and wash it well.
When the masala is roasted, turn off the gas and roast.
If you want, you can not add sugar.
