- Cauliflower: 1 cup (grated)
- Potato: 2 cups (cut into small pieces)
- Onion: 1 cup (grated)
- Tomato: 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Chopped coriander: to garnish

- First of all, heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden.
- Now, add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry it.
- After this, add tomatoes and cook well.
- Now, add all the spices like turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt and mix.
- Then, add cabbage and potatoes, mix everything, cover and cook on low flame.
- When the vegetable is hot, add chopped coriander to it.
