How to make Moong Usal?
Material :-
- Sprouted moong: 2 cups
- Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
- Green chilli: 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato: 1 (chopped)
- Oil: 3 spoons
- Cumin seeds: 1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder
- Aamchoor powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander leaf
- Garam masala(Garam masala)
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped ginger garlic: 2 teaspoons
- Coriander leaf

recipe :-
1. Place the pan on gas and add oil and cumin seeds.
2. As soon as the cumin seeds change color, add ginger and garlic to it.
3. When it gets cooked, add onion and green chillies and fry.
4. When the onion becomes golden in colour, add chilli, coriander, mango powder and garam mashal powder.
5. Add tomatoes and mix. Now add salt to it and cook well when the masala is cooked.
6.Then add moong in it, mix it and cover it.
7.After 5 minutes, remove the lid and see whether it is cooked or not.
8. If it is cooked then add coriander leaves in it and take it out in a bowl and if you want, sprinkle it on top.
9.You can also add raw onion. And now your moong usal is ready.
